How to measure:
To ensure accurate measurements,
we suggest having a professional seamstress measure you. If you do not
get a professional seamstress to take your measurements you should
follow this guide to ensure proper fit.
Please Note: You should always have someone else take your measurements,
physically measuring yourself will provide you with inaccurate numbers,
so please have someone help you.
Bust-Not your bra size! Take the tape

| Bust-Not your bra size! Take the tape around
your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms
should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking
this measurement.

Waist-This is the smallest part of your waist.
Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the
natural waistline.
|
Hips-This is the widest part of your hips,
across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below
the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.
|
Hollow to Hem-This is the length from your
hollow(the hollow just under your neck) to your heels. (Take the tape
from your front, with bare foot.) You should stand upright and your feet
should keep together.

Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses
Whether you choose a standard
size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are
personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping
time and our return policy are different for
these special items.
Shipping Time
Total
Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses +
the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.
Formal
Dresses
It will take 15-17
working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will
then take about 3-5 working days for the package
travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time
is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.
Wedding Dresses
It will take 20-25
working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it
will take about 3-5 working days for the package
travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time
is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.
Chinese Dresses
Our standard Chinese Dresses
take 6 - 8 working days for our professional tailors
to make. Our special Hand-Embroidered Chinese Dresses take 20-22
working days for our professional tailors to make. All Chinese dresses
take a further 3-5 working days to ship from us to you.
Exact shipping times are based on the shipping company (e.g. UPS, DHL,
TNT) standard.
Returns Information
All
dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of
charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off
tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are
subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you
in advance for your understanding.
Return policy
Every item is strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site, and we have strictly inspect every items before shipping to make sure buyer get satisfied with the products shipped to them .
Return and Refund
1,--Products with quality problem in 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier can be returned and refund.
2,--Quality problem can be defined as follows:
- Bbvious quality defects
- Not following the customization requirement of customer
- Size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements.
- Obvious wrong color as customer choosed (Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition. The quality problem is not included with color aberration.)
- Merchandise damaged when delivery
3,--We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered dresses, All returned dresses will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the Dress. No manufacturer will take any dresses back from Baskdress.com so therefore we must have a 50% restocking fee. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the dress refund. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them.Dodressme has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.
Solution
1, --For the dispute on size deviation, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. Customer shall submit the photographs to
sales@Baskdress.com and We will have the designated personnel to take the dispute and a reply will be offered within 24 hours.
2,--For the dispute on color deviation,please take some photographs of the merchandise you received and send to
sales@Baskdress.com,our customer service worker will contact you within 24 hours.
3,--For Merchandse damages , Please take some photographs of the merchandise you have received and send to
sales@Baskdress.com , our customer service will do the first step inspect of merchandise , after authorization of return then you can send back to us , and then we will contact the manufacturer, and we will repair or replace as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Dodressme will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. Dodressme will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
Shipping damages must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier.
4,-- By considering the uniqueness of the product in the event of the product is in Custom Made. We can offer you a revise service based on your requirement. The return or exchange of the product in Custom Made is not accepted.
Unreturnable
1, --We don’t take any responsibility on the delay of your using the product if the processing of Custom Made order is delayed due to the late remittance of product fare and arise with dispute on item return or exchange.
2, --We don’t accept the request for the return of your received product in the event of product did not meet your requirement on the change of style from the original product design. We shall strictly follow your requirement on the change of the original design of product after you paid for the relevant order you placed.
--We made the items by strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site
3, all requests for returns such as not looks like the picture I ordered, dissatisfy about the quality and not the material I like etc, are not accepted.
4, --In case of your not satisfied about the product received from us, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. For maintain your own interests, we don't accept the returning of the goods you are not satisfied without a Return Authorization. We are neither responsible for the refund nor take over your dispute on the product after your return the goods without the Return Authorization and caused the package missing during the return.
Canceled Orders
All Wedding Gown orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. Bridal orders cancelled within three days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Dodressme reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. Dodressme shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing.
All Canceled Orders must be verbally done over the phone. We do
NOT accept cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses, Prom Dresses, Mothers Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. If the manufacturer has not shipped your order, and they will not charge us then we will refund 100% of your money. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed. Orders shipped from the manufacturer's stock inventory cannot be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on canceled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to the gown. In most situations it is up to the manufacturer. Dodressme has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.
